Temp HR Assistant (Healthcare/6 months) #HZO

Duration: 6 months + 1 month completion bonus
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours
Location: One- North
Salary: Up to $2900 (Depending on experience)

Job Scope:

• Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations.
• Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement.
• Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers.
• Process monthly invoices and internship payouts.
• Maintain proper HR documentation.
• Maintain a proper filling system and documentation and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events.
• Design EDMs and videos for HR related events or announcements.
• Any other HR related admin and project works.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma holder
• Min. 1 yr experience in HR duties - Coordinating interviews/ raising invoices etc
• Preferably proficient in Canva for designing of EDMs and videos.
