Triage Nurse - Medical Emergency

Position Title: Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse (Tele-Medicine / Triage Call)
Location: Singapore, East
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 5 Days in Office

Job Description:

• Receive and assess all medical-related calls from clients, gathering of medical histories related to the medical event or incident.
• Evaluate each case's medical aspects and provide guidance to ensure medical due diligence and appropriate medical assistance.
• Offer medical expertise in planning and addressing operational issues related to medical case management.
• Communicate with medical professionals treating or hospitalizing clients to ensure timely and accurate medical assessments and information.

Requirement:

• SNB Registration, Valid BCLS
• Prior experience in emergency triage highly preferred - ICU/A&E
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
