*URGENT* Operations Executive - Healthcare, Office Hours #HXY

• Assist the Operations manager in maintaining the operations system
• Provide general support to the COO on all operational matters
• Support Operations Manager in contract management, generate monthly report to monitor the trend of expenses, performance satisfaction and ensure quality and continuous improvement..
• Work closely with infection control team
• Assist in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Keep track of the expiry and renewal dates of all licenses
• Arrange meetings and minutes writing.
• Assume other responsibilities relevant to position

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any related courses
• Minimum 1 year experience as an operations executive in healthcare industry or patient service associate
• Able to start immediate or within short notice
