Wellness Therapist (Spa & Wellness) 养生按摩师

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional wellness treatments (e.g. massage, body therapy, facial treatments)

• Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments/packages

• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure a positive experience

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits

• Support sales of treatments and wellness products

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards

Work Requirements

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

• 4–5 off days per month (shift-based schedule)

• Outlet located within walking distance from MRT

• Able to communicate with English and Chinese-speaking customers (Mandarin & English required)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness/spa industry

• Relevant certifications preferred (CIDESCO, CIBTEC, ITEC or equivalent)

• Strong hands-on skills in massage or facial treatments

• Sales-oriented with service mindset
