Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
• Position Title: WSH Officer cum ECO
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• To assist the occupier of the workplace or other person in charge of the workplace to identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Suggest practical measures and safe methods to minimize and manage risks, aiming to prevent incidents.
• Support the implementation and periodic review of these measures and methods to uphold workplace safety.
• Coordinate with official bodies regarding safety, health, and environmental concerns.
• Administer and enhance the Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System, ensuring it meets current laws and prepares for external audits.
• Execute the required Environmental, Health, and Safety Audits.
• Confirm compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to occupational safety, health, and the environment.
• Track and review the project's safety performance, offer improvement suggestions in safety committee meetings.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma/Degree in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and a Certificate in ECO
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a WSHO combined with ECO responsibilities
• Must be a MOM-registered WSH Officer and NEA-registered ECO
• ECMO qualification is an added advantage
