The Assistant Banquet Manager is responsible for supporting the Banquet Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Resort's banquet and event operations. This role ensures the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of banquet functions while maintaining exceptional service standards and creating memorable experiences for guests. The Assistant Banquet Manager also supervises banquet associates, manages event logistics, and ensures all banquet facilities and equipment are maintained in excellent condition.
