Job Description - Assistant Manager, Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD)
Great hospitality starts with great people. Help us build both.
Behind every memorable dining experience is a team that's inspired, skilled, and continuously growing. As we expand our portfolio of award-winning concepts and world-class hospitality experiences, we're looking for someone who believes that learning isn't just about training; it's about shaping culture, elevating performance, and unlocking potential.
If you're equally comfortable analysing learning data, designing engaging development programmes, and partnering with business leaders to solve real workforce challenges, we'd love to meet you.
Join us in creating learning experiences that are as exceptional as the experiences we deliver to our guests.
What You'll Do

Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into impactful learning and organisation development initiatives.
Design, curate, and implement learning programmes that strengthen service excellence, leadership capability, and operational performance across our restaurants and corporate teams.
Support talent development initiatives that cultivate high-performing teams and future leaders.
Let data tell the story
Analyse learning metrics, workforce trends, engagement data, and programme outcomes to uncover meaningful insights.
Develop dashboards and reports that help leaders make informed talent and capability decisions.
Measure learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements based on evidence and business outcomes.
Lead projects that make an impact
Manage end-to-end learning and OD projects, from concept to execution.
Coordinate vendors, budgets, communications, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure programmes are delivered seamlessly while creating memorable learner experiences.
Partner across the business
Collaborate with Operations to align learning initiatives with organisational priorities.
Serve as a trusted partner who asks the right questions before proposing solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and growth.
Innovate the way we learn
Explore new learning technologies, digital tools, and industry best practices.
Bring fresh ideas to enhance how our people learn, collaborate, and perform.
Continuously improve processes to make learning more accessible, engaging, and impactful.
What You'll Bring
4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organisation Development, Talent Development, or HR within hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, integrated resorts, or other customer-centric industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the versatility to engage stakeholders across all levels.
Tech-savvy and digitally curious, with confidence leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning design, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.
Experience using learning technologies, LMS platforms, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI. Exposure to learning authoring tools is an advantage.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and challenging the status quo.
