Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel.

• Assist guests with taxi bookings and coordinate pick-ups with taxis and private hire vehicles.

• Support guests with luggage during arrival and departure when required.

• Ensure smooth traffic flow at the hotel driveway.

• Provide directions and assistance to guests when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the hotel entrance.

• Work closely with the valet and front office team to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Working Hours:

• 5 days per week (including weekends)

• Rotating shifts including overnight

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education.

• Able to communicate in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

• Service-oriented with a positive attitude and good teamwork.
