Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily Concierge operations, ensuring seamless, efficient, and brand-compliant service delivery, including luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and guest request management.
• Lead, train, and develop the Concierge team by setting clear goals, managing staffing and schedules, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of professionalism and service excellence.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalised recommendations, anticipating guest needs, supporting VIP and repeat guests, and maintaining strong knowledge of local attractions and services.
• Ensure smooth coordination across departments while maintaining operational accuracy, compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures, and driving continuous service improvement and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Concierge operations, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, lifestyle experiences, and hospitality services, with the ability to provide tailored guest recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering professional and guest-centric service.
• Proven leadership abilities, with high levels of professionalism, integrity, and the capability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
