Class Facilitator (Early Childhood)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Class Facilitator to design and conduct engaging, educational classes, while supporting daily park operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop age-appropriate class content and lesson plans

· Conduct engaging and structured classes for young children

· Train and guide staff to deliver classes effectively

· Ensure activities are safe, educational, and enjoyable

· Set up and manage class materials and learning spaces

· Conduct simple food-based activities (e.g. juice making, light baking)

Daily Operations

· Support day-to-day indoor playground operations (guest engagement, safety monitoring, cleanliness)

· Assist with opening and closing duties

Merchandise Handling

· Assist with merchandise sales when required

· Perform daily stock counting and maintain proper display of items

· Highlight low stock and discrepancies

Requirements

· Background in Early Childhood Education or relevant field

· Experience in lesson planning and class facilitation

· Strong engagement and classroom management skills

· Able to work weekends and public holidays

Preferred

· Food Hygiene Certificate

· Experience in enrichment centres or indoor playgrounds

· First Aid certification
