Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Serve as a key guest contact by handling enquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services, and ensuring all interactions reflect a high standard of hospitality.
• Deliver personalised concierge services by assisting with restaurant reservations, transport arrangements, tickets, tours, and offering recommendations based on strong local knowledge.
• Manage guest logistics including safe luggage handling, storage, deliveries, VIP requests, and coordination with departments to ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences.
• Maintain lobby presence and operational standards by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and professionalism while collaborating with teams and adhering to hotel policies and service excellence standards.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in concierge, front office, or guest service roles preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with professional telephone and face-to-face etiquette.
• Strong local knowledge of attractions and services, with the ability to handle guest enquiries and provide effective recommendations.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
