As Director of Groups, Meetings & Events, you are responsible for driving business conversions to support the achievement of sales targets, in both Group room revenue and Catering revenue. You will work with relevant stakeholders in the business of MICE – residential, non-residential and tour groups and provide guidance and support for the achievement of catering revenue of social and weddings, and ensure events services team’s support in the business. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and Revenue Management Consolidated Centre team to ensure accurate selling and pricing strategies, maximise yield and ensure compliance to company’s brand and commercial services requirements. You will deliver exceptional service while maximizing profitability and ensuring the highest quality of guest experience.

As Director of Groups, Meetings & Events, you are responsible for working closely with the commercial team to drive business conversions, explore new business and expand existing business through strong analysis of trends, data and market insights.
