Executive, Landscaping

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Landscaping to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the Manager in overseeing daily landscape and plant display maintenance to ensure all areas remain show-ready in accordance with RWS policies, procedures, and standards. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience by maintaining high landscape presentation standards while promoting safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across the resort. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising outsourced vendors to ensure all landscape areas are properly maintained according to established standards. 
• Oversee outsourced service providers to ensure show readiness and alignment with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements. 
• Ensure full compliance and implementation of established policies, procedures, and service standards. 
• Maintain optimal landscape presentations to enhance guest satisfaction and support overall resort operations. 
• Promote and uphold environmentally sustainable practices across all Environmental Services functions. 
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential landscape-related safety hazards that may impact guests or operations. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Botany, Horticulture, or related discipline. 
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in landscape or horticulture maintenance. 
• Foundational knowledge of landscape management and horticulture services. 
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant display maintenance is an added advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and Excel).
