Japanese Restaurant Supervisor (Front-of-house)

Job Summary

You will lead front-of-house operations at a growing Japanese restaurant chain, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the team to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving guest enquiries
• Coach and guide service crew to uphold and improve service standards consistently
• Coordinate staff deployment to maintain smooth shift operations and optimal coverage
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company SOPs to maintain a safe dining environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of front-of-house restaurant experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management and guest interaction
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Location: Cross Street (Telok Ayer)
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week
