To support the Sous Chef in delivering high-quality culinary experiences for international travellers in the airport lounge by overseeing food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. The Junior Sous Chef plays a key role in upholding the lounge’s reputation for excellence, consistency, and service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
