Linen Attendant (Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard)

Responsibilities

• Collect soiled linens from guest rooms, housekeeping pantries, and designated drop-off points
  
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of guest laundry services when required.
  
• Assist in the sorting and issuing staff uniforms to employees and maintains uniform records.
  
• Responsible for restocking, checking, and assembling linen supplies and inventory.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of clean uniforms, towels, and linens to all internal and external clients.
  
• Maintain accurate records of linen usage, shortages, and damages.
  
• Handle all guests’ requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
  

Requirements

• No education required
  
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  
• Team oriented with a positive attitude
  
• Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment
  
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  
• Able to use basic computer systems to log linen records and inventory.
