We are a hospitality and lifestyle group with a growing portfolio of venues, event concepts, a private members programme, wine importing, and brand partnerships across Singapore. The Role

We're building a lot of things at once. New venues, event concepts, membership programmes, partnerships. The ideas are there. What we need is the person who turns them into reality.

This is not a traditional role. You won't have a fixed lane. One day you're in a strategy conversation about a new event concept. The next you're building a to-do list, briefing the team, following up on a partnership, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You think fast, move faster, and you find satisfaction in turning chaos into clarity.

You'll sit directly alongside management and have visibility across every part of the group — venues, events, wine, membership, and whatever comes next.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Capturing ideas and turning them into structured action plans with clear owners and deadlines
  • Managing priorities, to-do lists, and follow-ups across all business verticals
  • Coordinating across the team to make sure projects move forward without management having to chase
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, and converting discussions into next steps immediately
  • Drafting communications, briefs, decks, and proposals on behalf of management
  • Tracking progress on key initiatives — events, campaigns, partnerships, membership — and flagging when things are off track
  • Supporting the planning and execution of event concepts and brand activations
  • Being the connective tissue between management's vision and the team's execution

Who You Are

  • Obsessively organised. You live by your to-do list and nothing escapes your follow-up
  • A fast thinker who can keep up with a management team that moves quickly and thinks in multiple directions at once
  • A strong writer and communicator — you can translate ideas into clear, concise language
  • Commercially curious — you understand that ideas need to make business sense and you're not afraid to ask why
  • Discreet and trustworthy. You'll be across sensitive business information and you handle it accordingly
  • Resourceful and proactive. You don't wait to be told what to do — you see what needs doing and you do it
  • Genuinely excited by the hospitality, lifestyle, and brand space — you understand what we're building and you want to be part of it
  • Experience level matters less than mindset. We're looking for the right person, not the right CV
