Marketing and Communication Manager

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s marketing, branding, public relations, and communication strategies to strengthen market positioning, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement. The role ensures that all marketing activities are aligned with the hotel’s commercial objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan.

• Manage brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and media communications.

• Oversee digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media, email campaigns, and online promotions.

• Coordinate public relations activities and maintain relationships with media, influencers, bloggers, and key stakeholders.

• Prepare press releases, media kits, hotel collaterals, and promotional materials.

• Support revenue-generating activities through targeted campaigns for rooms, restaurants, events, and special packages.

• Plan and manage hotel events, launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Operations teams to align communications with business needs.

• Manage content creation, photography, videography, and creative development with internal teams and external agencies.

• Ensure consistency of the hotel brand across all communication channels.

• Handle crisis communications and act as a spokesperson when required.

• Manage the marketing and communications budget and ensure effective use of resources.

• Prepare reports on marketing performance, media exposure, and campaign results.
