Mascot Performance & Choreography Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic individual to lead mascot performances, while supporting daily park operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and plan dance choreography and performance content for mascot shows

· Design simple, engaging routines suitable for young children

· Plan performance flow, music selection, and show execution

· Train and guide staff to perform consistently

· Conduct rehearsals and maintain performance quality

· Oversee mascot costume usage, cleanliness, and maintenance

· Ensure performance area setup, safety, and crowd flow

Daily Operations

· Support day-to-day indoor playground operations (crowd control, guest engagement, safety checks)

· Assist with opening and closing duties

Merchandise Handling

· Assist with merchandise sales when required

· Perform daily stock counting and ensure display is neat and replenished

· Report stock discrepancies or low inventory

Requirements

· Experience in dance, choreography, performing arts, or children’s entertainment

· Confident in teaching and leading a team

· Energetic and comfortable engaging with children

· Able to work weekends and public holidays

Preferred

· Experience in indoor playgrounds, events, or theme parks
