Job Summary

The People & Culture Executive (Generalist) supports comprehensive HR functions to ensure smooth operations, employee support, and compliance with policies and employment laws, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, records, performance, and HR coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare job offers to support full recruitment cycles
• Organize onboarding and induction programs to facilitate new employee integration
• Maintain and update accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases for compliance and reporting
• Administer attendance and leave records and verify monthly payroll inputs to ensure accuracy
• Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and employment matters to provide timely support
• Coordinate employee relations activities including counseling sessions, disciplinary documentation, and grievance follow-ups to maintain workplace harmony
• Track and document performance management activities, including appraisals and reviews, to support talent development
• Prepare employment-related correspondence such as appointment letters, confirmations, and transfer letters to ensure clear communication
• Coordinate training logistics and maintain training records to support employee development initiatives
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and employee status changes to ensure compliance and timely updates
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements to maintain regulatory compliance
• Support HR reporting, audits, and administrative tasks to facilitate effective HR operations
• Participate in employee engagement, welfare, and recognition programs to enhance workplace culture
