JOB OVERVIEW

Based in Singapore, the Revenue Management Analyst will play a key role in driving commercial performance across Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' APAC portfolio. Working closely with the Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will analyze market trends, pricing performance, demand patterns, and distribution effectiveness to help optimize revenue outcomes across the region.

This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role that combines revenue management, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making. You will generate actionable insights, support revenue strategy development, and work with hotel and regional teams to maximize occupancy, rate, and revenue performance.

The role offers a unique opportunity to influence revenue strategy across one of the world's largest hotel companies and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of hotels and markets throughout Asia Pacific.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Revenue Strategy and Performance Enhancement

o  Partner with the Regional Director of Revenue Management to develop and execute revenue management strategies across the APAC portfolio.

o  Monitor and analyze key performance indicators of hotel portfolio including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share, channel mix, and pricing performance.

o  Support hotels in optimizing pricing, inventory controls, and market mix to maximize revenue opportunities.

o  Monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics, and industry trends across key APAC markets.

o  Recommend revenue optimization actions to improve commercial performance across the portfolio

·        Commercial Analytics and Insights

o  Analyze demand trends, customer behavior, distribution performance, and competitive positioning to generate actionable business insights.

o  Prepare performance reviews, forecasts, and management reports for regional leadership and hotel stakeholders.

o  Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify revenue growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

o  Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support business planning and performance management.

·        Revenue Management Excellence

o  Identify and implement improvements to revenue management processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and commercial performance.

o  Support the optimization of revenue management systems and maintain data integrity across assigned properties.

o  Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and hotel teams to ensure effective execution of revenue strategies.

o  Assist in onboarding new hotels into Wyndham's revenue management platforms, systems, and processes

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.

·        0-2 years of work experience. Outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

·        Demonstrated track record of identifying opportunities, improving processes, or driving measurable outcomes through academic projects, internships, extracurricular activities, or professional experience.

·        Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with large datasets and perform structured analysis.

·        Comfortable working with data and numbers, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the drivers behind business performance.

·        Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly to different stakeholders.

·        Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of workstreams.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, regional environment.

·        Collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions and cultures.

·        Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage but not required.

·        Previous internship or exposure to hospitality, travel, e-commerce, consulting, or commercial analytics is advantageous but not required.
