Revenue Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a service-oriented and detail-driven Reservation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and pleasant booking experience from enquiry to confirmation. You will play an important part in optimizing room sales while delivering a high standard of personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Process bookings accurately in the reservation system, ensuring all guest details and preferences are well captured
• Provide clear and engaging information on room categories, rates, promotions, and property facilities
• Proactively recommend suitable room options and upsell to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
• Monitor room availability and work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure optimal inventory management
• Manage reservation amendments, cancellations, and special requests with efficiency and care
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, rate structures, and market conditions
• Prepare and update reservation reports to support daily operations and forecasting
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service within hospitality
• Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS/CRS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
