School Bus Attendant

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of students while boarding, travelling, and alighting from the school bus.
• Assist young children and students with special needs during boarding and alighting.
• Ensure all students are seated safely and wearing their seat belts throughout the journey.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain a calm, safe, and orderly environment on the bus.
• Communicate courteously with parents, school staff, drivers, and the Operations Team when required.
• Assist the driver with student attendance and route-related communication.
• Conduct a final inspection of the bus after every trip to ensure no child or belongings are left behind.
• Report any incidents, concerns, or emergencies promptly to the Operations Team.
• Comply with all company safety procedures and school transport regulations.
• Escort children safely between the school bus and the preschool, and hand them over to the designated teacher or school staff

Requirements &

• ✅ 4-day work week (Thursday off)
• ✅ 5 trips per working day
• ✅ 12 - 7pm (In between there is 2 hours break)
• ✅ School holidays are paid
• ✅ Friendly and supportive working environment
• ✅ BAVL preferred
• ✅ Preferred to stay in Tampines/Pasir ris
• ✅Suitable for retirees
