Security Supervisor

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

A]        Job Scope of Security Officer

·       Perform shift duties.

·       Overtime may be required due to exigencies of duties.

·       Perform traffic management at both driveways including car park checks.

·       Perform access control duties by manning all entrances and exits.

·       Perform patrol and clocking duties.

·       Perform Back Gate / Staff Entrance duty; all documents and Keys are kept and accountable for.

·       Ensure all security equipment in working order and secure.

·       Assist members in using or resetting personal storage lockers in the club.

·       Assist members in all enquiries and maintain the standard of a Prestige Club.

·       Receive, record and safe keep all items found as part of Lost & Found procedures.

·       Respond to all emergencies in the club and to managing the Fire Alarm System / Lift Supervisory Panel.

·       Report all incidents, defects, hazards, complaints, and feedback.

B]         Job Scope of Senior Security Officer

In addition to the above Job Scope of Security Officer, the SSO is also accountable for all the above in the absence of the Supervisor. He/she is also tasked on the following:

·       Assist in carrying out all operational and administrative duties.

·       Ensure conformity of work standards and consistency when carrying out departmental operations and other security and safety related matters on day-to-day basis.

·       To conduct initial investigation into an incident, feedback, or complaints.

·       Submit all relevant reports to management.

·       Direct supervision of all security officers.

C]         Job Scope of Security Supervisor

In addition to the above Job Scope of Security Officer and Senior Security Officer, the Supervisor is also tasked on the following:

·       Prepare daily manpower deployment.

·       Manage the CCTV Surveillance System.

·       Conduct daily briefings and On the Job training/coaching for Security Personnel(OJT).

·       To conduct follow-up and/or follow through all investigations.

·       To perform daily and weekly audit checks on security operations and equipment including health and safety.

·       Submit all relevant reports to management.

·       Conduct daily supervisory checks at all posts.

·       Ensure fairness in deployment and dealings with all security officers by looking into their welfare and concerns.

·       Report on management of all concerns, feedback, findings on all security officers in their daily operations.
