Job Description - Senior/Sales Manager

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury leisure sales. At least 3 years must have been in a manager role with full commercial accountability within a luxury hotel environment.
  • A successful track record in the Singapore market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that directly drive market share and profitability.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly luxury clientele.
  • A strong, active network within the luxury travel, corporate, and lifestyle sectors in Singapore and key source markets.
  • Highly data-literate, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets to make swift, informed commercial decisions.
