Tour Guide

Key Roles:

• Conduct 1.5-hour walking guided tours of the Police Heritage Centre 

• Lead groups of 5–30 visitors through the gallery, highlighting key exhibits and delivering historical information

• Facilitate interactive elements such as games, RFID-enabled features, and multimedia stations

• Monitor crowd movement, maintain order, and ensure visitor safety

• Encourage visitors to complete customer feedback surveys at the end of each tour

Requirements:

• At least GCE 'O' Level

• Valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) licence

• Relevant knowledge/experience in homeland security industries, OR professional training/experience conducting guided tours in museums or places of interest in Singapore

Working Hours:

• Tuesdays to Fridays: 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

• Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
