Captain - Front of House (5 days work week)

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly in a warm & friendly manner.
• Informing Supervisor/Manager on customer's feedback and/or suggestions.
• Ensuring restaurant is clean & organised at all time.
• Apply F&B techniques correctly at all time, serving customers with enthusiasm.
• React promptly in any circumstances or unanticipated guests need.
• Attend training sessions & meeting as required.
• Adhere to rules & regulations established in the Employee Handbook & company's policy concerning fire, safety & health.
• Carries out other duties assigned by superior due to business requirement.
