Catering Executive (Temporary Contract-Mid July to November 2024)

As a Catering Executive, you are responsible for you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Digital Signage
• Distribute Banquet Event Order daily
• Block space and communicate for Internal bookings
• Order car park coupons and prepare car parks coupons for events
• Send out Events forecast every Monday and Thursday
• Send out Catering pipeline every Friday
• Draft Letter of Agreement for Social events and Salesforce booking for Sales Managers (Social events)
• Update weekly events on DBS
• Ensure ang bao box order and wedding favour order
• Ordering Halal food, office stationery
• Create wedding & social sales vouchers
• Print out Menu for Food Tasting, Tent Cards, Place Cards for MICE, Meeting and Social events (except weddings)
• Timesheet report and upload
