Job Description - Head, Brand Management

Job summary
The Director of Brand Management and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and initiatives for LYF globally and within each cluster. The role involves ensuring on-brand execution, driving member enrollment, and coordinating brand solutions for key stakeholders. Additionally, this role manages brand photography, contents, and assets globally and supports key project facilitation and integration across regions.
Job seniority: director level and above
Responsibilities
• Develop a marketing roadmap that will drive brand presence, global reputation, brand equity and accomplish desired outcomes. • Support the delivery of strategic brand plan and integration on HALO openings as well as focus hotels within the portfolio. • Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, activation, initiative for lyf on both global and cluster-level. • Plan strategically and implement innovative lyf initiatives and programs, including marketing campaign and partnerships. • Collaborate with clusters for on-brand execution and drives long-term brand health. • Provide strategic and on-brand reporting, presentations and implement solutions to address key stakeholder needs. • Implement brand activities and initiatives that affiliates lyf to DiscoverASR program to drive member enrolment and engagement. • Deliver efficient and effective media plans to increase long-term brand awareness and reputation. • Evaluate and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness of the processes and program. • Assist with global brand strategies and ensuring its alignment to both global and cluster-specific objectives. • Conduct regular brand updates and education to key stakeholders, including the general managers and property-level associates. • Work closely with Pre-opening Property teams, properties and regional/area operations to ensure on-brand implementation of brand operating standards, procedures, and brand programs. • Provide guidance to Pre-opening Property teams to ensure branded critical path documents for openings and conversions are developed and maintained. • Work with cluster and property operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences that will increase brand preference, market share and topline performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related field • Eight or more years of management and marketing experience is required. International work experience is an added advantage. • Experience in working with global brands or within the hospitality industry is preferred. • Experience in implementing brand management and marketing is required. • Experience in lifestyle brand management, FMCG, Sports, Tech or Fashion field is preferred. • Proficiency in multiple languages and marketing agency experience are added advantages. • Demonstrate relationship marketing, presentation and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to take complex projects from conception to successful execution. • Possess quick problem-solving skills, creative thinking to meet fast-paced market requirements. • Experience working with associates/ vendors/ customers in remote locations and international markets (multiple time zones). • Strong team player with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines.
