Hotel Manager

Job summary
Responsible for ensuring smooth hotel operations and providing excellent customer service Improve hotel review ratings across various platforms Identify operation gaps and implement improvements

Responsibilities
• Improve operations procedures • Manage a team of staff in different departments • Ensure smooth operations and shift coverage for last-minute leaves • Respond promptly to emails and OTA messages • Ensure all payments are charged correctly • Monitor inventory level and source new suppliers • Attend to guest's special requests and concerns • Follow up on OTA reviews and address complaints • Prepare and submit reports to Operation Manager/General Manager • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for room care and maintenance • Manage hotel room rates and expenses • Assist in collections of outstanding payments
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience or 6 years of front desk experience • Integrity and drive • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications • Highly independent and resourceful • Good communication and leadership skills • Ability to correspond in writing with customers, suppliers, and staff • Able to handle work pressure and guest demands
