We are looking for a Manager, Marketing - Sales (Singapore) to join our team!

As a Manager, Marketing - Sales (Singapore) we rely on you to:

Oversee and execute B2B marketing activities for COE Sales & Events within the 4 Singapore hotels. This role aims to create, coordinate, and maintain marketing initiatives and materials that support the hotel's B2B sales and events efforts, ensuring they are aligned with the brand's guidelines and objectives. The primary objective is to enhance the visibility of the hotel's offerings to relevant audiences, maintain brand consistency, and facilitate the achievement of sales goals for the Singapore hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce hotel B2B sales collateral and promotional material to support tactical sales initiatives; flyers, EDMs, email footers, eClub promotions etc and ad-hoc design requests.
• Assist segment leaders (MICE, Events, Leisure, Luxury, Corporate) with updating of sales PPTs, ensuring they are on brand and of the right quality.
• Maintain MICE online listings & platforms and explore marketing opportunities (e.g. Cvent.com,1000meetings.com, hotelplanner.com)
• Assist with production of the quarterly Luxury Newsletter
• Provide sales with copy and visuals for agreed Luxury Consortia marketing plans, eg AMEX FHR, Virtuoso etc
• Review and update Luxury Programme websites – Hotel Descriptions, photo libraries & content updates.
• Assist with luxury website audits & updates – liaise with sales team and conduct spot checks to ensure hotels are represented correctly. Update accordingly.
• Tradeshows – assist with content for property profile setup (descriptions, images, press releases, etc)
• Assist Leisure team with wholesale partner brochure content, online features and any agreed joint advertising.
• Drive local activation of Global or regional B2B initiatives.
• Initiate and execute trade media activities (esp. MICE)
• Assist with sourcing of sales giveaways, including brand approval markets.
• Gathers and shares information with sales leadership on market trends, competitor activity and emerging markets.
• Proficient in videography and video editing.

Requirements:

• Proficient in graphic design with the ability to use Adobe Illustrator for content creation.
