Reservation Agent/Officer (No quota for foreigner)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to take charge of changes and amendments to reservations or cancellations of reservations.
• Receive reservations enquiries via electronic mails, letters and telephone enquiries and enter into EPITOME systems.
• Check and verify reservations for the day's arrivals before registering into the Guest arrival listing.
• Co-ordinate with Front Desk on all last minute arrivals, especially VIP guests to enable promot follow-up.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a GCE N or O Level or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate is welcome, or at least 1 year of relevant working experiences in processing reservations.
• Excellent in interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and as well as a team member.
• Able to work on tight working schedules.
• During peak travelling seasons may required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Foreigner has no quota for now.
