Wedding and Events Planner

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven event sales professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality, F&B, or events/wedding planning industry. Join our team and be instrumental in creating memorable experiences while exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of Weddings, Corporate or Social Events.
• Plan, co-ordinate, monitor and execute all events and activities independently.
• Conceptualize and prepare event proposals customized to individual event.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Foster strong business relationships with existing strategic corporate accounts and ensure consistent business follow-ups.
• Prospect for new leads and clients for wedding & corporate events.
• Conduct post-event reports and evaluation.
• Ad-hoc work with marketing team to deliver high quality and sales driven events.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hospitality, F&B or Events / Wedding planning industry;
• Customer-focused individual with a solid sales track record preferably in a related industry;
• Possess lots of drive and eager to exceed sales targets;
• Possess strong interpersonal skill, result-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills;
• Able to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced and highly challenging environment;
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Candidates with marketing background will be an added advantage
