[1 Year Agency Contract] Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services #HZTS

• You will be employed within group shared services, and will be deployed to the teams that require temporary support during peak period, transition period when there is a vacancy, tide through ad-hoc exercises, etc. 
• At times when there isn’t such a need, the staff returns to shared services as their base.
• This role offers exposure to a spectrum of HR operations and opportunity to become familiar with the HR policies and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support in HR-related inquiries management:
• Support in other administration under the responsibility of HR Support Centre
• When deployed out of HR Support Centre, provide HR operational support in any other area of work as assigned based on evolving resource needs of HR Group Shared Services. 

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• Min 1-2 of HR work shared service experience.
• Comfortable with handling large amounts of data
