3 months Contract Assistant Manager (Talent Development) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, administration, and implementation of talent development programmes for healthcare professionals
• Manage fellowship and scholarship schemes, including application, selection, award administration, and claims processing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and healthcare institutions to ensure smooth programme execution
• Support funding acquisition planning and utilisation tracking for talent development initiatives
• Organise and coordinate scholarship and fellowship-related events, including annual award ceremonies
• Prepare reports, presentations, and programme updates for management and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and programme databases
• Review and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and participant experience
• Liaise with scholarship recipients, applicants, and stakeholders on programme-related matters
• Support ad hoc projects and duties assigned by the department

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in any discipline
• Strong organisational, coordination, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
