6723 - Human Resource Executive (Payroll Executive)

Position title : Human Resource Executive (Payroll experience)

• Location: Defu Lane
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm
• Salary : $2,800 – $3,400 

Responsibilities

• Handles recruitment matters such as job posting, conducting interview, preparation of employment contract and onboarding 
• Maintain & update employee personal files
• Manages foreign workers matters such as work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellation and etc. and accommodation matters.
• Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes. 
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to meet staff training needs
• Handle submission for government training grants and staff absentee payroll claims
• Responsible for staff welfare activities coordination and request for event quotation 
• Support on implementation of HR initiatives and activities
• Any other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management 

 Requirements

• Diploma in any disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience in HR
• Good knowledge on Singapore employment law and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
