Job Description
· Responsible for daily HR operational matters.
· Responsible for the administrative functions of the department.
· Responsible for multiple, end-to-end payroll processing for full-timers and part-timers.
· Responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
· Responsible for calculating and processing salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
· Coordinates with Finance to ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory contributions.
· Prepares monthly payroll reports, reconciliation of direct debits/credits, update of payroll-related accounting journal, the reclassification of manpower expense, charging out of payroll cost to related entities etc.
· Performs monthly submission of MOM’s Occupational Employment Dataset (OED).
· Performs regular submission of monthly statutory payments such as CPF and government claims such as Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave and Extended Childcare Leave.
· Performs the submission of employee’s monthly/yearly income to IRAS (IR8A & IR21).
· Addresses payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
· Attends to audit queries.
· Responsible for quarterly and annual manpower/ salary surveys from MOM, MAS, IMDA, etc.
· Maintains employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
· Handles work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and appeals, and ensure compliance to MOM regulations.
· Keeps updated with changes in labour laws and ensuring the company's HR policies and procedures align with legal requirements.
· Knowledgeable in the dependency ratio ceiling calculation of the service sector.
· Provides guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
· Handles general insurance, WICA, FWMI and claims.
· Ensures the timely renewal and application of licenses such as liquor license, planning permission and public entertainment license.
· Undertakes any additional other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· 4 years of general HR operations experience or HR generalist experience with at least 2 years of hands-on Payroll (HR system) experience, preferably in the F&B industry
· Well versed with Singapore employment law and regulations
· Strong HR operational skills with an eye for detail and comfortable to handle administrative duties
· Exceptional attention to details and solid time management
· Able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines
· Proficient with MS Office
· Salary commensurate with experience
