Job Specification:
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist the departmental head to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of subordinates in the HR department.
· Handle full recruitment cycle including advertisement, on-boarding, induction and settling staff with hiring department.
· Assist in monitoring deadlines of the performance and development management system
· Prepare job descriptions, job advertisements for different forms of outreach for talent acquisition
· Assist in reviewing human resources policies and procedures whenever necessary
· Manage HR issues such as employee grievances, feedback and provide counselling / guidance advice to internal stakeholders
· Handle HR data analysis and prepare regular HR reports for internal and management reporting
· Assist in facilitating discussion/event to increase productivity and efficiency relating to work processes
· Assist in employee engagement and CSR
· Coordinate training administration for different categories of staff as assigned
· Timely submission of claims and training grants to various government agencies / statutory bodies
· Participate in various statutory surveys and sectoral surveys
· Any other HR/Admin projects as assigned by the Departmental Head
