Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR digital transformation projects and drive HRMS implementation, enhancement, and adoption
• Review, streamline, and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Analyse HR data and metrics to support workforce planning and business decisions
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding
• Develop hiring strategies to attract and engage quality talent
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, and employee experience initiatives
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes

Requirements

✅ Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field
✅ 3-5 years of HR experience with exposure to HR technology and digital transformation initiatives
✅ Experience in HRMS implementation, enhancement, or optimisation major plus
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
