Assistant,HR Manager (Business Partner) / East

Our client is a Logistic industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Assistant/HR Manager (Business Partner) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North.

Duties:

• Formulate workforce deployment plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Anticipate future skill needs and advise on resource planning.
• Facilitate organizational restructuring for efficiency.
• Recommend sourcing channels and prioritize critical positions.
• Guide fair selection processes and onboard new hires effectively.
• Identify learning needs and support career development.
• Assist in performance management and talent review sessions.
• Advise on compensation strategies and non-monetary benefits
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and manage labor relations.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Min 5 to 8 years of HR experience
• Experienced in HR technology and applications (eg. SAP SuccessFactors)
