Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

1.     Identifying andgenerating new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking,and relationship building

2.     Conducting marketresearch to understand customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies

3.     Preparing and deliveringengaging sales presentations to potential clients

4.     Negotiating and closingsales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets

5.     Providing excellentcustomer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

6.     Collaborating with themarketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns

7.     Staying up-to-date withindustry trends and competitor activities to identify new businessopportunities

Requirements

1.     Bachelor's degree orequivalent in business, marketing, or a related field

2.     Minimum 2-3 years ofexperience in new business development or sales, preferably in the B2B servicesindustry

3.     Proven track record ofsuccessfully identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities

4.     Excellent communication,presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

5.     Strong problem-solvingand critical thinking abilities to tailor solutions to customer needs

6.     Ability to workindependently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
