Business Process Consultant (HRSD)

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant with expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to support digital transformation initiatives for a leading insurance organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, optimize, and implement HR service delivery processes that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current HR business processes, workflows, and service delivery models.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions within HRSD platforms.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technology teams to support solution design, implementation, and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Assist with testing, user acceptance activities, and change management initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HRSD industry best practices and process optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process consulting, business analysis, or process improvement roles.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and service delivery frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise digital transformation or workflow automation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose practical solutions.
• Experience in the insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is advantageous.
