Aboutthe Role

Are you highly organized, naturally people-focused, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We are looking for a Business Support Associate to join our dynamic Singapore team. This role sits at the heart of our contractor operations, partnering withsales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding experience throughout the entire contractor lifecycle.

No two days are the same. One day you could be onboarding new contractors, the next you are helping solve contractor queries, coordinating work pass applications,preparing business reports, or driving process improvements that make a real difference.

What YouWill Be Doing

• Managing the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, extensions, offboarding, work passes, and compliance requirements
• Act as a trusted point of contact for contractor queries relating to payroll, leave, insurance, and employment matters
• Support timesheet, payroll, invoicing, and contractor care processes.
• Partner with Sales, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional employment experience.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and employment regulations
