Compensation and Benefit Manager

We are looking for a seasoned HR leader to shape and drive people strategies across multiple international markets. This role takes ownership of end-to-end HR functions spanning compensation, workforce planning, and performance management, while playing a key role in Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the rollout and ongoing refinement of Headquarter HR policies and processes, ensuring they remain closely aligned with evolving business objectives
2. Track and analyse HR metrics to identify workforce trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations for leadership
3. Formulate and implement holistic Compensation & Benefits frameworks designed to attract, motivate, and retain high-calibre talent
4. Manage the full scope of international HR functions including headcount planning, policy deployment, process improvement, and performance management cycles
5. Provide day-to-day oversight of HR operations and coach HR administrative team members to enhance team efficiency and service delivery
6. Develop well-structured HR policies and proposals that address organisational needs clearly and effectively
7. Lead and deliver high-impact HR projects that contribute meaningfully to business growth and transformation as directed

Job Requirements

1. Proven hands-on experience across core HR disciplines including Employee Relations, HRIS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR Policy formulation
2. Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering HR initiatives on time and within scope
3. Sound knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia labour laws and working environments
4. Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with a demonstrated ability to operate with resilience, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment
