Compensation & Benefits Manager #HMS

💰 Salary: Up to $10,000/month x 13 months + Variable Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a well-established organization. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who are passionate about driving C&B strategies and partnering with stakeholders to enhance employee rewards and benefits.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies, structures and processes.
• Design, develop and implement C&B programmes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Review monthly payroll before submission to the outsourced payroll vendor.
• Lead annual salary benchmarking, salary review and budget exercises.
• Manage employee benefits, company insurance renewal and vendor relationships.
• Handle insurance, medical and WICA claims.
• Coordinate statutory claims including CPF, NS, maternity, childcare leave and final settlements.
• Serve as the HRIS key user for Leave, Payroll Portal (Prosoft) and SAP Personnel Data.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and employee data changes.
• Support incentive schemes, tax clearance, audits and MOM statutory surveys.
• Review and update HR policies and employee handbook.
• Engage internal stakeholders and support HR projects assigned by the HR Director.
