This role reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and best practices to drive enhancements in reward programmes (e.g., incentive design, pay structures, job grading, and benefits).

  • Provide consistent, practical guidance to management, HR teams, and employees on all C&B-related matters.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on promotions, salary adjustments, incentives, and benefits.

  • Evaluate ad hoc compensation requests against market benchmarks using survey data and analytical tools.

  • Manage and maintain HRIS and payroll systems, including system upgrades and implementation projects.

  • Ensure compensation and benefits data is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with market practices.

  • Lead the annual increment (AI) process regionally, ensuring clear governance, timelines, and successful execution.

  • Develop tools, frameworks, and reporting materials to support HR teams in managing compensation review cycles.

  • Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to ensure external competitiveness and alignment with compensation philosophy.

  • Participate in and support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in compensation or rewards are advantageous.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years specialising in Compensation & Benefits within a regional scope.

Key Competencies

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel) and reporting.

  • Solid understanding of compensation frameworks and market benchmarking.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing abilities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

  • Diplomatic and confident in handling sensitive discussions.

Personal Effectiveness

  • Results-driven with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Proactive problem solver, adaptable to ambiguity and change.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

  • Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

  • Strong collaboration and networking skills across internal and external stakeholders.
