Job Responsibilities:

HR Operations Support

• Provide day-to-day operational support to HR Business Partners
• Coordinate and arrange interview schedules
• Organise and schedule meetings and appointments for reporting officers

Finance & Documentation

• Process monthly invoices and internship payouts
• Maintain accurate and proper HR documentation
• Manage a robust filing system while safeguarding confidential information

Employee Experience

• Support orientation programmes and other employee lifecycle events
• Design engaging EDMs and videos for HR events and announcements
• Take on other HR-related administrative and project work as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in any relevant field
• Min 1 year of relevant experience will be advantageous
