Our client is a pubic sector organisation. The organisation's Performance and Rewards (P&R) Dept drives a high-performance culture which focuses on the organisation’s diverse workforce to deliver on desired performance and behaviours aligned to the organisation’s values. To effectively attract, engage and retain the organisation’s talents, the Dept designs and implements holistic and market competitive rewards strategies. The Dept is also a strategic HR business partner to drive and align the organisation’s HR and people strategy to enable an agile workforce to meet current needs as well as be future-ready. It also seeks to cultivate a harmonious and collaborative union-management partnership and drive productivity improvements through process improvements, technology and the revamped HRIS.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the P&R team and report to the HR Director. Key responsibilities are as follows:

The annual remuneration package for this role includes a 13th month AWS and variable performance bonus.
