We are a maid agency in Singapore looking for Driven individuals to join our team quest to create positive difference in people's life.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

1. Maid Database Management

Sourcing through existing helper profile databases, interviewing, selecting, and filtering potential helpers through vetting process during interview.

Working with our virtual team to maintain and update helpers profile to be ready for employer's selection

2. Client Management

Responding to employer's enquires, understanding their requirements, and helping them match a suitable helper for their household via biodata provision and recommendations

Arranging video interviews via whatsapp or zoom, leading interviews for 3 parties.

Manage required processes to bring helper in from home country for deployment to employer's household.

3. After Sales service

Conducting home visits/ telephone calls to employer and helpers after placement as after sales service

Counsel helper as and assist in mediation when required

Requirements:

Possess CEI certification or willing to take CEI course

Previous Maid agency experience will be an advantage

English/ Malay/ Chinese speaking preferred due to industry requirement

Proficiency in MS word, PDF is a must. Candiatate must be proficient with whatsapp and computer usage, zoom, web browser etc.

Class 3 driver's license will be an added advantage

Driven and Responsible team player to work closely with the team
