Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for HR activities (HR projects, M&A), including data collation, documentation tracking, and coordination of activities
• Support HR operational processes such as employee records management, onboarding/ offboarding administration, and HR documentation updates
• Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and logistics for HR initiatives and projects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
• Review & Benchmark: Audit current HR policies against local labor laws and identify updates required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior internship in HR, administration, or related functions
• Familiarity with data handling and reporting
• Exposure to HR systems or digital tools would be an advantage
